Shipping Charges
For orders under $200 in total there is a flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 Australia-wide.
For all orders $200 or over in total, shipping is free to anywhere in Australia.

Shipping and Returns Information
In general, deliveries will be made by courier. Please note that all orders require an adult’s signature on receipt of delivered goods, and you may be required to show photo identification. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

For stock items, goods will usually be dispatched within 1 business day. Depending on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address, we will send your order to you using one of the following methods:

Couriers Please
Our main courier service for same day or overnight delivery to the Sydney Metro area and for most interstate deliveries. Orders sent using Couriers Please can be tracked here.

Australia Post Registered Parcel Post
Generally this service is only used for delivery to remote areas. Expected delivery time is dependent on your location and may take up to 5 Business days.
The Registered Post article must be signed for by the person named in the address.
No tracking facility is available for this service.

Delivery direct from the distributor
Some items may ship directly from the Australian distributor of a product. In such cases the delivery may be sent using the distributor’s preferred carrier. We will notify you of the shipment method and provide you with a tracking number if available.

Confirmation of delivery
Subject to the Terms of Sale and receipt of payment, Sounds Easy will supply you the Products specified in a Confirmation. Where multiple Products are Ordered, Sounds Easy may deliver the Products separately at different times.

Sounds Easy will notify you via email on Products being shipped.

Any shipping time given is an estimate only. Sounds Easy is not liable for any delays in delivery.

Where an item is not currently in stock at Sounds Easy or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you by email. If you would like information on stock availability prior to ordering a product, please contact us at sales@soundseasy.com.au.
