DJ Technology

DJ technology has come a long way since the invention of the vinyl turntable.  Although turntables are still widely used by DJ's, today's professional DJ's are now predominantly mixing with some form of digital media (mp3 or wav files), and many are integrating other music technology into their DJ sets. As is the case in many industries, technology is the driving factor behind this movement away from a traditional DJ set to more of a live performance. Today's DJ's have access to a huge variety of musical tools at their disposal!
