Waiting for your online purchase to arrive can at times be stressful, so we at Sounds Easy like to make the process as stress free and smooth as possible.

We use both Australia Post and Couriers Please for all deliveries most deliveries. The estimated time for delivery will vary depending on your location. All East Coast metropolitan cities is generally 1 - 3 Business days from the day of dispatch, Outside of these areas will generally take anywhere between 3 - 5 Business days.

We provide FREE Shipping for orders over $100 to anywhere in Australia (except bulky items requiring specialist delivery), and express delivery delivery, Please contact us in order to organise Express.

Feel secure in the knowledge that your purchase will arrive in one piece. All items are packed with the greatest care, with multiple layers of cardboard and bubble wrap to ensure the package doesn't get damaged.

We will provide you with tracking details so you always know where your item is whilst on route to you. If you haven't received the item and can't track the item please feel free to contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Please consider your delivery address. As someone will need to sign for the parcel, a work address is always a better option.

Please note we may need to have an item drop shipped directly from our suppliers. This may add an extra day to the delivery time for administration. 

We try and keep as many items in stock as possible, however this is not always possible. Feel free to contact us if you wish to check before you make purchase.
