The AKAI LPD8 is a portable control surface featuring eight MPC-style pads and eight rotary encoders. Fits neatly in front of your laptop, and connects via USB. Compatible with Mac and Windows systems - both laptops and desktops. The LPD8 requires no driver to operate, as it isa class compliant USB device. Also includes LPD8 editor software.
