Universal Audio have re-designed their original Firewire Apollo interface with the introduction of the black-face Thunderbolt Apollo's. The Apollo Firewire features a quad-core internal UAD-2, and maintains the original silver-face aesthetic and I/O. The Apollo Firewire is compatible with the Apollo Thunderbolt expansion card too.  Apollo FireWire is one of the world’s most popular professional audio interfaces — delivering the sound, feel, and flow of analog recording to music creators everywhere.
