Take control and enjoy the silence!
Hey, it does what it says on the tin. 4 cable method ready into a high gain amp... noise solved! Very similar design to the Boss NS which I normally have had in the past.
Now, this thing either eats 9v batteries for breakfast or I have some sort of internal issue... nothing a power adaptor doesn't fix. I haven't researched the battery life you get from these peds... so if you are going to mainly use a battery, do some research first! Mine just may have a fault...?
But, powered up, it tames my boosted 5150iii, so it definitely is a great gate. Haven't tried the Toneprint...
Solid noise gate for sure... not as good as an ISP but for the money I would just make sure. Just wish I could use a battery without it cutting out after such a short period of time....

TC Electronic Sentry Noise Gate
I am using the pedal to filter the noise from a Korg Volca keys and beats. I have been able to tune a very good result using the software interface and adjusting the three eq bands of filtering. The instrument noise (hiss and hum) is removed when it is not being played. The software adjustment is complex and I could not find a detailed manual that explained all the controls, how they work or what they do. The software tuning requires a bit of playing and guessing.
