The 'Open Box' products in this collection have had their packaging box opened for some reason (usually to be on display in the store or to show a customer). These products are heavily discounted and are a great way to grab a bargain - we generally identify them as being part of one of the following three categories:

OBX STOCK - Box has been opened to show a customer. No visible signs of use or damage (other than a potential fingerprint or two). Comes with a full Australian Warranty unless otherwise stated

REFURB STOCK - Refurbished stock from the official Australian distributor. Repackaged, or packaging boxes may have some signs of damage. The product has been inspected, tested, and is fully functional. It may or may not have some minor signs of use. Comes with a full Australian Warranty unless otherwise stated

DISPLAY STOCK - The unit has been on display in our store. Usually very minimal signs of use (if any) and presents as new (unless otherwise stated at the top of the product listing page). Comes with a full Australian Warranty unless otherwise stated
