The Royer SF-24V is a vacuum tube stereo ribbon microphone, featuring 2 ribbon’s in a crossed figure-8 configuration. The SF-24V is the pinnacle of Royer’s world class microphone product line. The SF-24V captures a smooth detailed and natural sound, with an extraordinarily accurate stereo image. Being a ribbon mic, the SF-24V has that lovely rich and dark character. The tube section in the SF-24V offers extended clarity in the mid-frequencies too.
