The RØDE VideoMic Pro with Rycote Lyre suspension, is a true shotgun microphone designed for professional applications and for capturing sound assets. The VideoMic Pro can be mounted on DSLR cameras, camcorders and compatible portable recorders. Key features include a broadcast quality condenser super-cardioid capsule with excellent off axis rejection, up to 70 hours of recording via a single 9V battery, and outstanding isolation due to the Rycote Lyre suspension. Being battery powered, the VideoMic Pro does not require an XLR cable making it ideal for a range of portable devices and easy to use.
