Public warning about Xvive U3 systems:

I’ve owned five Xvive U3 transmitter/receiver sets. Every one of them started failing around the 3–4 year mark with audio dropouts, flickering receiver lights, and unusable performance. The internal batteries degrade and can’t be replaced, so the units become unreliable and effectively disposable.

They cost $300 per set and were great when new, but the lifespan is far too short for the price. I would not buy them again and hope this helps others avoid the same issue.
