How It Works
- Buy a Nord keyboard from an Authorised Australian Nord Dealer between August 1 and August 31, 2025.
- Register your purchase by completing the form below and uploading a photo or scan of your receipt.
- Final date to register: September 5, 2025.
- Please collect your softcase from your dealer. Shipping costs are your responsibility if delivery is requested.
Terms & Conditions
- Offer valid for purchases made between August 1 and August 31, 2025, from an Authorised Australian Nord Dealer.
- Redemptions must be submitted by September 5, 2025.
- Limit of one Nord Softcase per eligible Nord keyboard purchased.
- Offer applies to new products only. Secondhand goods are not eligible.
- Electric Factory (ELFA) reserves the right to verify purchase details and confirm eligibility.

If there are delays from the manufacturer or distributor, you may still participate in the promotion by paying your retailer and uploading your receipt within the promotional period. Redemption will be fulfilled once you take possession of the keyboard. Retailer must confirm the purchase with Electric Factory.
