    The RØDE Blimp is a shock mount and windshield system for shotgun microphones that are no longer than 325mm. The RØDE Blimp is an excellent solution for the NTG-2 and NTG-3. The current model of the Blimp utilises Rycote’s Lyre suspension technology, minimising handling noise providing superior acoustic suspension of the microphone. The handle is light-weight, and it includes a durable internal Mogami cable. The total weight of the RØDE Blimp is only 550 grams.
