DBX 580 Mic Preamp - 500 Series
The DBX 580 is a modular microphone preamp designed for the 500 series format. The DBX 580 delivers up to 60dB of gain and has some very interesting EQ and filter features, along with the added bonus of a retro-style VU meter. As you would expect on a high-quality stand-alone mic-pre, the 580 from dbx supplies +48V phantom power, a handy 20dB pad and a polarity switch.
