The RME Micstacy is an 8-channel full range microphone preamp module, and analog-to-digital convertor. The Micstacy is capable of operating at 24bit / 192kHz. It features 8 x Mic/Line inputs, offering an incredible 85dB of gain! There are 4 x AES/EBU connectors. This gives you 8 channels of pristine digital audio at the highest sample rate of 192kHz. There are also 2 x ADAT connectors, MIDI, word clock I/O, and an optional card slot for MADI I/O. This expansion would give you an additional 64 channels of inputs and outputs respectively. The versatility of the RME Micstacy, makes it one of the most unique products in its range.
