SynthRISE Adapt Hook Extender (pair)

Adapt Hook Extenders (sold as a pair) increase the holding power of Adapt Hooks in either of the following situations. 

• If the bottom front face of gear is angled or highly curved it's possible that gear could slip over the tips of Adapt Hooks.  This applies to:  Modal keyboards, Korg minilogue xd keyboard, Roland RC-202, RC-505, TR-626, Jupiter Xm, early Roland Aira synths (TR-8, MX-1, TB-3, VT-3), microKorg.  NOTE:  The TR-8S has a square front face and does NOT need Adapt Hook Extenders.
  
  
• People living in earthquake-prone areas might want to add Hook Extenders to provide an extra measure of restraint as gear bounces around during shakey times.

INSTALLATION:  Prior to installation, rotate the extender into either of 2 orientations for two different amounts of height increase. Slide the Hook Extender over the small rubber tab on an Adapt Hook.  Push down until the tiny post on the grey side plate drops into place in the tiny socket well on the Adapt Hook.  These subtle details will firmly lock the Hook Extender into place once the Adapt Hook is secured to the side panel of a stand.
