What is Overbridge?

Elektron’s new “Overbridge” is a unique piece of software that allows total seamless integration of their Analog synthesizers and drum Machines like the Analog Four and RYTM into a computer DAW VIA VSTi’s. This is a first of its kind and looks impressive.

Plug-Out – ProMars

First up a little on the Plug-Out system:

The beauty of Plug-Out is that any new synth that Roland re-make will function as a VI within your DAW, and with the AIRA System-1 connected; you have full control of every parameter without any manual setup. Further to this if you want to play live you can then dump your Plug-Out synth into the hardware System - 1 so that you don’t need a computer to run it any more. Brilliant.
